Severe Pain In Knee. Diagnosed Rheumatoid Arthritis, Suggested Knee Replacement. On Medication For Sleep At Night. Advice

I was told by a doctor that I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and,I take meds so I can sleep better,but,nothing for during the day.My doctor is no longer at the clinic I go to and now I have to find a doctor that can help me with this.The pain is mainly in my knees.I do daycare and was told that my knees are pretty shot,and,might need knee replacement,it would be too hard for me to have the surgery,because,it would be about 6 weeks,and,my daycare parents wouldn't like this.What I need to know is where can I find a doctor in the Anoka County area,or,in the Twin Cities.
