Severe Pain In Right Jaw After Eating. Better After Taking Deep Breath And Chewing Aspirin. Heart Attack?

Every once in a while I get a almost suffocating pain in my right jaw. I think it usually happens after I eat. Taking deep breaths and unhoocking my bra seems to help ease the pain until it goes away. The last couple times I would chew an asprin and the pain would go away almost immediately. Am I having a heart attack or could it be something else?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Chewing aspirin relieve pain , because aspirin is most potent pain killer.
Pain in right jaw ,not related to heart attack in any circumstances.
One more reason is that you are misusing aspirin so please take care.
This type of drugs should be used only in emergency ( if pain is in heart).
If , you have any doubt heart, please consult a physician nearby ant take his opinion and deal accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query.
If further any question I will help.
Good luck.
