Severe Pain In Trachea, Feeling Of Pulled Muscle In Throat. History Of Crying And Hyperventilation. Reason?

Yesterday, i was crying/ deepbreathing maybe even hyperventilating. Ever since then my throat has a lot. It is not a normal sore throat. It almost feels like i pulled a muscle in my throat. Today i looked at a diagram on the throat and where i feel the most pain is the trachea. I am just trying to figure out what is erong and what i should do to help it.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Dear,
As per the history you have given and the clinical findings you may be suffering with laryngotracheaitis. I would suggest you that you start the steam inhalation. and absolute voice rest. you can take mild analgesics for pain.
I would suggest you to consult the Specialist if you don’t get relief as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed. Please don’t hesitate to consult and ask for any more query. i will be pleased to answer.
Yours sincerely
