My sister has a headache that had its onset approximately three weeks ago after a half marathon. She has since had headaches that worsen upon postural changes and feel pressure like. She has had some blurred vision, thinks her gait might be affected and the headaches are always accompanied by vomiting (without nausea). She has had a CT which shows her ventricles are enlarged and an MRI (she does not know which areas they looked at). This is interfering with her ability to work and she says she cannot go on this way. She worried her "brain might explode". They could be cluster headaches, but the pressure and vomiting make me uncomfortable. I am not a doctor so I can't even help her ask her own physicians the right questions. Neurologist thinks they are migraines, but she doesn't think they feel like migraines. She feels pressure and thinks headaches are from pressure.
