Snoring most often occurs due to obstruction in the upper airway, including throat, nose, etc. ENT evaluation is good to look for any obvious causes of obstruction to airway passage.
In addition, you would also benefit from a sleep study (
polysomnography) to look for any
obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
Headaches could be because of OSA, less sleep at nights and migraines.
Treatment would help you in both the conditions.
