Hi,
where exactly is your stomach pain.where does it start and does it radiate to any other part.Has it got any relation to your intake of food. do u have any episodes of nausea/vomiting, bleeding per rectum. Please get the basic investigations such as ultrasonography of the Abdomen and pelvis and complete blood picture done. U can get blood for occult stool examination done. CEA may be raised in any infection which can be subclinical too. Please do not panic and go step-wise to come to a diagnosis.Thank you..wish u good luck and fast recovery
