Severe Stomach Pain, Blood In Stools, Pink Red Bleeding. Treatment Options?
Hi I am male and 19y, I have had really bad stomach pains for the last 3 or 4 week now and today I noticed blood in my poop.... i can t go to the toilet now as it just feels like something is falling out that is not normal and still quite a lot of pink red blood. The pain in my stomach is that bad I could cry. Some one please help. What does this mean??? Thanks

looking to the complain given here the chances of giardiasis is very likely and if I would be the treating physician of this case then I would treat this case with the following medicines 1) Tab Tinidazole with Ofloxacine twice a day for two days take care in drinking water, hope this information helps
