Severe Stomach Pain With Uncontrollable Diarrhea. Vomiting, Headaches, Throbbing Pain On Walking. How Can It Be Controlled?

hey, for 2 days now I have experianced stomach problems. Sharp pain in my lower stomach with uncontrollable diareha that wakes me up at night and I have vommitted once. I have a headache as well that is sharp when I stand or walk. The pressure causes throbbing pain. I take birthcontrol but I am not dizzy amd my vision is fine. What could it be?

Hey cassidytapia, diarrhoea and stomach ache could be due to many causes including bacterial infection, amoebiasis, inflammatory bowel disease to name a few and most common one. What you need to do is first of all start on plenty of fluids and soft bland diet. After that get your stool exam done. Also get your hemoglobin and blood sugar done. You can start yourself on some probiotics till you test results come and then accordingly with the help of your personal physician start on the appropriate treatment done. You can also get an ultrasound abdomen done to rule out any possiblity of obstruction or any organic cause of diarrhoea. Your first concern should be to see that you are well hyderated. Take care

hello .......

it may be water born / food born infection ...simply we can say it as food poisoning or acute GIT infection. you use use Arsenic 200 as sos medicine. you will recover in a day or two.
