Severe Throat Infection, Soreness, Swelling, High Fever. Had Staph Infection. Developed Impetigo. Suggest?
Hello, My boyfriend has a severe throat infection (sore, swollen throat, very high fever ) which got better after a few days of antibiotics . A swab was never done so we don t know the cause. About 10 days later I developed a staph infection on my nose . We share a bed, towels, etc often. Is it possible he had a staph infection in his throat and I somehow caught it and developed impetigo?
