Severe Vertigo, Fluid In Ears, Pressure In Forehead. Prescribed Claritin, No Improvement. Suggestions?

6 weeks ago I had severe vertigo that last about 8 hours, went to dr about 4 weeks ago and she said I had fluid in my middle right ear and prescribed Claritin, which didn't help much. wondering if I should go to ent. I have some fullness, switches ears, pressure in my forehead area and dizziness off and on, worst in the morning

Please let me know whether the vertigo was a single episode or still you have persistent vertigo. You have not mentioned about is there any positional variation of vertigo or not.
your symptoms correlate to Secretory otitis media. Your Doctor had prescribed the correct medication. But should have added Nasal decongestant drops like xylometazoline or oxy metazoline.
If the vertigo Symptoms are worse, you may to take cinnarazine
