Severely Anemic, Bad Periods, Bad Pain In Ovary, Foot Numb, Bleed. What Could Be Wrong?

Hello, I m 21 and 103 lbs 5 2. I ve been severely anemic in the past and always had bad periods. When I was 15 I was diagnosed with severe anemia and it lasted till I was around 17-18. Anyways now that I am 21 and sexually active for the first time in my life, my periods have become very regular like almost on the same date every month. But recently I have had really bad pain in my right ovary and it s caused my foot to go numb. It also made me bleed.. Very thing I read says it s a cyst but I don t know. I don t have insurance and cannot go to the doctors. I really need help! I can t handle not knowing what s wrong with me anymore!
