Sexual Intercourse, White Sticky Foamy Secretion From Vagina. Causes For Symptoms?

dock i was having sex with my girlfriend and after getting down for a few minutes i notice very white foamy secretion coming from her vigina, now at this point and this happen before i ejaculate,i had to be wiping away, its very white,like soap bubbles and sticky.Now doc what is the cause for this, we been having sex for a while and this is the first i have seen this ?

Hi,

Thanks for writing in.
Having thin, watery, white discharge per vagina is common during phase of ovulation in women. This is considered as very fertile period.
Other reason could be candida infection if she is having symptoms like itching and burning in vagina.
So you can have a talk about it with her and discuss symptoms. If symptoms persist, then you need to take treatment along with her.
