I AM 32 YRS OLD AND I AM HAVING SOMETING WHITE SPOT ON MY PENIS AND IT'S ITCHING HEAVILY. I USE TO HAVE SEX 4-5 TIMES A WEEK. REGULARLY I DON'T USE CONDOM, BUT SOMETIME I USE IT . I AM HAVING IT FROM LAST 9-10 DAYS. IS THIS ANY TYPE OF DISEASES OR WHAT???

You should go for fungal screening.you should also do FTA-ABS, Anti-HSV.you can use miconazole for topical application, obviously after doing fungal screening.
