Your symptoms may be related to anxiety. Anxiety disorders can manifest with not only psychological symptoms but with a variety of physical symptoms also like: Tingling, numbness, hot and cold sensations, palpitation, tremors (shakiness) etc.
In history you mentioned that, you already had excessive worry/fear and crying spells, which are also symptoms of anxiety. I can understand your concern but anxiety should be considered in your case specially in presence of normal tests reports.
It is better to get evaluated by psychiatrist and start treatment accordingly. For long term control of anxiety following measures are helpful: relaxation exercise, medicines like SSRIs and non drug treatment like CBT.
Hi
Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic
The symptoms described could be due to anxiety. Anxiety is fear without any cause. ( by definition) So we maynot find a reason for our anxiety. Severe anxiety symptoms called panic attracks occur on and off without any reason for some patients and the disease is called panic disorder. The attacks are very distressing wherein patients feel tremors of the body, restlessness, breathlessness, racing of the heart, sweating, chest discomfort, chocking sensation in the neck etc. One gets disturbed a lot as he gets a feeling that something has happened to his body and he may die. Consult a good psychiatrist and he will advise you with medication, other psychological modes of treatment to relieve your symptoms
Thanks and regards
