I have been to A&E because I am shaking really bad and absolutely freezing apparently my blood sugar levels were too low. This was last week and now I have it back again. I have been eating regular meals and drinking lucozade but I am still like this I am 57 please help
hai if u have experienced an episode of hypoglycemia the u should do the following 1) avoid diabetic medications for upro 72 hrs 2) change over to shorter acting medications 3) have ur renal function checked to c if there has been worsening of its function 4) have to meals and medications as instructed 5) the new medication should be tirated observing ur blood sugar levels once u have done this u will be fit as a fiddle take care
