Shaking Uncontrollably While Sleeping, Sick On Stomach. Walked On Soft Snow For Long. Could This Be Hypothermia ?

While on a recent hunting trip, I was caught in a blizzard for 2 days. I ran out of water and started eating snow. When I was able to move, I moved about 3 miles at a time which was exhausting in the soft snow. The next time I bedded dow in my little tent, every time I lay down, I'd start shaking uncontrollably. After 2.5 hours of shaking, I was sick to my stomach until bile came up. This happened about every 2.5 hours for 2 days. Could this have been hypothermia?

Hi there ~

I understand your concerns. I believe that you are suffering from hypothermia. I also think that you are having major electrolyte imbalances as a result of the same. I also hope that you are taking this opportunity to walk into the ER so as to make it easier on your insurance. I hope this helps. Take care and have a lovely day!
