Shall I Start Using "Zevit" For Weight Gain? Dosage?

Hello Doctor, This is regarding my wife who is underweight.Her weight is 41 kg at a height of 5 feet 4 inches.She lacks confidence because of her weight She wants to gain weight.She eats normal however.What kind of doctor should we consult in such cases ? I have heard of a multivitamin "Zevit" which helps in weight gain .Should I start this for my wife ? If yes , what dosage ?

We live in Noida near new Delhi in India.

hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.you tell her to take balanced diet including fruits and vegetables,pulses milk and other proteins®ular exercise.Zevit is a multivitamin tablet don't help in wt gain but you can give her 1 cap daily.give 2 spoon B-protein powder in 1 glass of milk two times daily.keep her stress free and happy.
