Shall Not Drink Water Immediately After A Car Accident, Is It True ?

I heard that one shall not drink water immediately right after a serious car accident. It is said that drinking water would worsen his condition if he did suffered internal injuries/ bleeding during the accident. Is it true?

Dear thanks for choosing health care magic.In case of serious accidents when you see that the patient is not conscious enough to drink anything nothing should be given or if you are not sure about his consciousness then avoid giving anything as it may lead to aspiration in to lungs and fatal out come.Internal injuries are difficult to know on spot.If major trauma is suspected when surgery may required it is also advisable to avoid giving anything orally.ok buy.
