Although the severity of your head ache justifies drug threapy, most of the drugs given in the treatment of migraine like
Sumatriptan, procloperazine & ergotamine are contraindicated during pregnancy & this leads to additional difficulty in treating your migraine. So,
1. Identify & avoid triggers like coffee, cakes & chocolate. Avoid stress.
2. Try ice packs, massage.
3. If the pain is severe, Tab.
Paracetamol 625mg. Risk is minimal if taken less freequently.

Since you are pregnant, even the drugs given in prophylaxis(prevention) like
metoprolol should be used cautiously & only with doctors advice. Visit your Dr. immediately if your headache becomes more freequent or if it is accompanied by
blurred vision.
