Sharp Pain In Back And Front In Pelvic Area. History Of Hysterectomy Followed By Passing Of Kidney Stone. Any Thoughts?
I had a full hysterectomy on the 13th of November. Uterus was 5x's the normal size 167 to be exact. Ovaries removed were stage 2 endometreosis. Bladder was incased in endo and hard. A lot of scar tissue from a c-section. The Tuesday after I was home I had a kidney stone pass. I was very dehydrated during or before surgery. I have been trying to take it easy and the last two days especially cause if I did do too much moving about 8-9 pm I would get a sharp pain through my back and front diagonally about 2 in above my leg on my pelvic area. The back pain that I have could it be from laying down too much?
hello there! Thank you for asking. the pain you are having sharp in nature and shifting to the leg is classic for renal stone, Its the recurrence madam, Is there a blood in urine? if yes then they are in ureter. Pain is explained by it and tuesday stone passage so probably some sludge is in there yet . Keep drinking alot of fluids. have an ultrasound to assess the status of calculus. also the recent surgeries and history of endometriosis all explains it. Take some pain killer, some antispasmodic like phloroglucinols, some Good antibiotic like mercip and see the general surgeon for better assessment of calculus.
Good luck S Khan
