I just haD a terrible sharp pain in my chest with tightness in my upper left arm ..... my chest was also racing, my bp systolic went up to 172 and 114 diastolic pulse over 100 what was this?...now feeling terrible cold with pins and needles in my head right side and still getting stabbing pains now and again that makes the bp raise, please help im in the house alone with my baby
