Hi on Friday I went to grab something off my table and as I walked away I felt this one single sharp pain go thought my chest area. Not sure where but it just went over my whole chest area. Then I started to feel some pain near the sternum at the very bottom light small pain beginning to build up. Over Saturday the pain was still building up. Then on Sunday I took a good hot bath for my bad painful knees I have its was also hot outside that day 80 degrees and the pain on the center bottom of my sternum started to get really heavy and I felt this tight pressure it got bad . Then on Monday till Wednesday I felt this chest pain siting in my chest area near the bottom of my sternum. I took antacids because I can have bad heart burn but I took them for 3 to 4 days not help. Then on Wednesday the pain moved from the bottom of my sternum to my right side of the breast bone to the sternum and a little pain on left side on breastbone. The pain feels likes a pressure and tight feeling near the sternum. Sometimes the pain is under right side of breast bone or it move to the very top of the sternum or it goes from under the breast bone and up the sternum. When I touch those spots or run my hand over the spots it hurts. The pain just stays there it does not go away or it like a small sharp pain that the goes in different spots around my chest like a needle pain that’s quick in my back near ribs on different places on my breasts . But today when I took warm bath and messaged the painful spots and got out of bath if felts much better for like two hours. Then it came back the pain. Ok so I do not feel dizzy at all or faint at all no neck jaw pain or huge back pain just maybe on some small spots of pain on back breast feel tender and little painful all over to the touch vomiting no nausea yes but I all so got root canal done Wednesday but the pain in my chest is not from tooth because it started Friday like i said. The feeling to puke could be from root canal pain. What I do have is chest pain in sternum and little pain under left breast more under right sometimes if I talk to fast or to much the pain does become this pressure in my chest area like the sternum. If I walk up stairs or outside for long hours I do get little shortness of breath it’s like my heart beat gets faster and I have this like small shortness and pressure if I work to much its hurts like a pressure. When I take deep breath it does not hurt every time maybe once or twice a small sharp pain felt near chest or sternum. I can laugh fine and when I make a pretended cough its ok. Also some times when I try to eat and the food went down near my sternum I feel little pressure and the pain near right breastbone would get angry. I have not been eating well not sure if its because of pain or I am so mad about this all happing and can’t take it anymore with the pain that I lost my appetite to eat. It’s been a week today not much has changed only that the pain changes in sternum and moves around and hurts in different spots. Also now sometimes I feel that pressure go away and I feel ok but them it comes back but when its gone I still have pain near sternum and breast bone its just the pressure seems gone . The sternum now even with light touch in one spot feels painful sore to touch and sometimes I wake up and my back and sides and chest feel all ache. When I rest it feels better sometimes o theres no change in pain or the sternum pain lets me know it’s there. With bending pain only sometimes not all the time I know this is long post and yes i plan to go to doctors soon on Tuesday because he had a closed office for about a week if how I feel gets worse or does not change I will go. But I just asking what that one small sharp pain was when I grab something off the table and why my pain started at bottom of sternum and spread to breastbones and many other spots on sternum. could it be Costochondritis should I tell doctor that I think it may be that or no. What do you all think is going on with this all.also have bad keens overy cyst which gives me pain some time and take singular for wezzing sleep have no poblem sleep like rock wit pain or without pain fine there.also no cold sweats or to much sweating just normal sweating when hot outside and drinking water and anything i can all day peeing fine no pain
