Sharp Pain Under The Breast In The Rib Cage. Cause?
I have sharp pain under my breast on my inner rib cage, i get this quite frequently when I stretch my torso to touch my toes or bend over fom my waist it often catches me off guard and when it happens I cannot move from the position for a few minutes it is like i am stuck the pain is so severe. Tonight the pain is lingering, it is not so severe but is not going away. Thanks

It seems that you are having fibromyalgia or costochondritis.
But as pain is under your breast get your breasts thoroughly examined.
Consult gynaec and get examined and rule out any lump in the breast.
Meanwhile take some pain reliever NSAID medicine.
