Sharp Pelvic Pain, Irregular Frequent Periods, Smelly Discharge, Diarrhea, Forgetfulness. What Could Be This?
Here are my symptoms:
First Started out as what I self diagnosed as a yeast infection that caused severe pelvic/lower abdominal sharp pain and what felt almost like a rug burn in my vaginal region 3 months ago (treated with monostat7)
Very irregular frequent periods
Sharp pelvic pain that comes and goes
The past few weeks I've been experiencing:
a very smelly discharge
Pelvic pain
Fever
Drop objects from hands frequently
Frequent Diarrhea
Forgetfulness
Tiredness
Dizziness
What might this be? I am seeing my doctor tomorrow but I'm really concerned.

Hello,
After reading your history the first thing which came into my mind is pelvic inflammatory disease as the symptoms mostly suggests that. You need to be find out the cause of PID. As you are going for consultation you will be diagnosed and I advice for a abdominal scan also if you were my patient. If the cause is infection then you nee to have antibiotic treatment according to the pathogen found. Thank you.
