Sharp, Stabbing Pain In One Spot Of Throat While Swallowing. What Could This Be?
I have a sharp, stabbing pain in one spot on the right side of my throat (under my tonsils) when swallowing . When I m not swallowing it just feels off... sort of heavy but not too painful. What could this be? I had a cold weeks ago, but am not currently sick. I also have allergies, but never have throat pain from them. Thank you for your answer! (I am a 20 y.o. female)

You are having painful swallowing .
You had common cold a week before painful swallowing.
Common cold usually leads to pharyngitis(inflammation of throat) which is responsible for painful swallowing.
In your case the inflammation is locolised to portion of throat below your right tonsil.
It may be tosilitis itself which is giving you pain during swallowing.
