Shivering Of Legs

hi! My son is 8 yrs old and has had a throat infection recently. he took antibiotics. the infection is gone but his legs start shivering every evening. The blood tests show nothing wrong. What could be the reason?? He keeps saying he is feeling weak.

post viral myalgia is common esp in children. I suggest u put him on some good analgesics, give him good food, proteins, give him some time to recover. I dont see an immediate medical situation
