Shivers, Stomach Issues, Mild Fever, Weakness And Dizziness After Cortozone Shot For Poison Oak. Cause?

I got a cortozone shot the other day after having something that resembled poison Ivey or poison oak and then I got the shivers the next day and had stomach issues, had a light fever the following morning and now that seems to be clearing up but I still feel weak and I m zoning in and out, and still dizzy. What could this be?

It may be the effects of the substance resembling poison oak.The effects will wane off as the substance gets metabolised and excreted.
