Shock Sensation In Chest, High Heart Rate And Blood Pressure. What To Do?

I am having a sensation of being shocked on the left side of my chest that shoots threw my entire body really fast. My hear rate and blood pressure have been pretty high the last 3 days & that's when the shocks started my pulse rate is 112 the last time I checked . The last 3 What is going on I'm about To go to the Er what should I do?

Hello,
The only thing you can do now is going to ER and you are doing that right now which is good. I advice you to take some painkiller also along with that.You need to have an ecg done and if you have anti hypertensive medications with you take them or else your doctor will prescribe you at ER. Dont take much stress about this and be relaxed as incraesed stress may lead to raise in blood pressure.Thank you.
