Short, Light Bleeding After Periods, Sore Breasts, Blue Veins On Chest To Breasts. History Of Irregular Periods, Cysts In Ovary. Suggest

Hi. I am 24 and have had an irregular period for pretty much ever. I got my period and it ended on the 1 of September. A few days later I noticed I was bleeding a little. Light and not even for a whole day.. Then my breast starting feeling sore. As the days went on they hurt more, on the sides and bottom. It's been 11 days now and they still are very tender. I've noticed blue veins running through my chest to my breasts and nipples. My period is not due yet, but then again I have no clue when it is "due". I have taken a few hpt but they all came up negative. I assumed they would because I'm not due yet.. I have also had ovarian cysts in the past. I went to the doctor And he told me to stop eating chocolate. The thing is, is that I don't eat chocolate. I know he meant caffeine but I don't consume a lot of caffeine.. I don't know what to think. I have another appointment with a new doctor but not until next Thursday. Help!

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Home pregnancy tests are usually accurate. They can usually detect pregnancy by day 11 to 14 after conception.
If this time period was gone when the tests were done then it is likely that the tests are accurate.

If you wish you can ask for a blood HCG level, this would be able to definitely tell you whether you are pregnant or not.

Breast tenderness can occur in the premenstrual period as well and may be an indicator of such.

I hope this helps
