Shortness Of Breath, GERD, Low Vitamin D, Petechiae. Cure For Symptoms?
Hi. I have been having so many symptoms for 2 years now. Mostly neurological but more recently I have been having shortness of breath when I do anything physical even walking to the bathroom and especially after I eat. I also suffer from GERD and low vitamin D (8). Other than those two things my doctors can't figure out what's wrong with me and have basically given up. I should also mention that for the past few months I developed petechiae which I did see a dermatologist for by referral and she dismissed it as nothing to worry about. I can't accept that and I can't go back to my doctor because they don't want to help me anyway.
The way you are describing symptoms it is more likely that deficiency of many other vitamins are also there. Also anaemia can not be ruled out. As a chest physician It may not be possible for me to comment on neurological disorders, what i can say that go for complete blood counts, levels of other vitamins. It will be more prudent you start with good multivitamins and other supportive nutrition. Long term illness also leads to depression hence try come anxiolytics if they do not improves consult a good physician.
