Shortness Of Breath, Panic Attacks And Tight Chest After Falling Down. Is This The Cause For Concern?

I just now fell onto a chair. Under my right breast slammed on the chair arm. My chest is tight I have shortness of breathe. It hurts to bend forward or lift myself forward. The pain shoots all the way under my chest to different areas. I feel like I'm having back to back panic attacks. I don't know if it's just a really bad panic attack or if I hurt something internally. Please help if you have any suggestions. I want to go to sleep but I'm afraid to.
