Should Duromine Be Discontinued Due To Sickness, Sore Throat And Ear Ache?
I m on duromine. 61 kg, 1.57m tall. I have a belly that never goes down, large thighs and arms. Disproportionate figure. I went on duromine 30 mg for 3 days last week, I got sick, soar throat and ear ache. The doc treated that with antibiotics. Still a bit deaf in the right ear. This week I took the duromine for another 3 days. Today being the third day. Since yesterday afternoon I am clenching my jaws, my head aches and I have headaches and can t sleep. I feel tense from my jaw upwards. I just wanted to know if this duromine can cause ruptures in my brain cells, blood cells in the brain or cause stroke. Are these symptoms bad? Should I go off it?

It is chemically related to crystal meth. The brain cell rupture is MOSTLY only if the blood pressure is elevated--yeah you can get a stroke from it--and otherwise is quite time dependent (months, years, not days).
