General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello,
I got your concern
gabapentin does not worsen your anger or anxiety, rather it helps in managing all these problems.
are you on any other medications for your disorder?
all the problems which you stated above may be an indication of relapse of your disorder.
for that I want to know your other medications so that I can suggest you further.
so there is no need to discontinue your gabapentin.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
Dr Aamir.
