My right ovary is surgically removed.left ovary shows cyst measuring 5.4×3.7cm.no free fluid seen in the anteverted uterus measuring 90x57x65mm.Endometrial cavity contains small amount of fluid.Endometrial this measures 16.5 mm .is something to worry or uterus is normal?
