Should I Be Concerned About A Lump On My Neck Base While Suffering From Stomach Upset?

Hi - I woke up thru night with stomach upset and headache( I am a migraine sufferer for 28 yrs ) I noticed around 6 am a lump on neck base just by left shoulder clavical bone --- it doesn t hurt to touch but is tight and I have been achy all day ??? should I be concerned?

Hello,

It may be lymphadenopathy or cyst or metastasis (trossiers sign). Get it done a local examination and if necessary FNAC.

Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Avoid spicy food and alcohol.

Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
