I have gone through your query. First of all there is very less or no chance of you contracting HIV in your case. HIV is not found in saliva. For your information, Test for HIV you performed was ELISA (for HIV-1 antibody detection) and it can give false positive results during window period which may extend to 3-6 months after exposure. More accurate and specific test are western blot and immunofluorescence assay (IFA). You can have these confirmatory test also.
