Should I Be Concerned About Headache After Taking Aspirin?

I have been hospitalized with herpes encephalitis for 3 weeks. For weeks ago I was discharged from the hospital and I have been recovering since then. I suffer from a headache or head pain at least 3 times a day where I have to take aspirin. Should I bee concerned or will this eventually go away?

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms. It is common to get headaches in people with herpes encephalitis. However, it should get better with a few weeks.

If the headache is persisting, you may get a brain scan to find out the reason.

Aspirin tablets can be safely taken to relieve the headaches.
