Should I Be Concerned About Left Atrial Abnormality And QRS Contour Abnormality On My ECG, Given My Anxiety, Breathlessness And Fatigue?

Hi am a 35 old female , with breath shortness and fatigue , lightheadedness I always had panic and anxiety , wasn’t feeling well some days ago so went to the hospital had an ecg , on it it’s written left atrial abnormality and QRS contour abnormality consistent with anteroseptal myocardial infarction , had heart echo and blood tests which were normal also heart scan which was normal, had another echo some days later which was normal , dr discharged me saying it’s only anxiety … but what about what was written in the ecg am really worried
