Should I Be Concerned About Red Particles In Baby's Stool?

Hello Doctor,My 1 month old baby (he was born early at week 33) started pooping almost in every diaper change for about 2 days so far. His stool looked OK but it was just a little for each time. This evening, I noticed some red particles in his stool. Besides the diaper rash - because of many stools - he has been eating well and acting normally. Is he OK? What should I do?
Thanks a lot.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi...As per your description the baby looks active.I advice you to continue breast feeding and keep watch on urine output and activity of the baby. Also have a look around perianal area for any redness.
