Hello,

If symptoms are severe inform your treating doctor who prescribed you medicines urgently. Leg pain in combination with hormonal therapy should always be evaluated to rule out DVT or circulatory issues. Severe nausea and abdominal cramps may be due to gastritis or other GI conditions. However, they are indicative of endometriosis.

Since you are having nausea, you can take antacids or proton pump inhibitors (like omeprazole) for relief. Consume smaller, bland meals to ease digestion. Avoid prolonged sitting or standing. Elevate the leg and apply warm compresses to get relieve from pain.

Stay hydrated and avoid spicy or heavy meals. You can take antispasmodics, one when there is pain abdomen. Get clinically examined by a gynecologist. If you have endometriosis, it needs to be treated. If you have cyst, your treating doctor may consider cystectomy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
