Should I Be Concerned About The Right Side Of My Head Being Larger Than The Left?

Hi, I’m 23yrs Female and for the past couple of months I’ve noticed that the right side of the head ( on the top from the center to the right side above the ear) is bigger than the left. The left side is normal but the right side is definitely bigger than before. I haven’t had any major injury. Should I be concerned?
