OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Dilated fetal bowel can be due to:
1. Obstruction in the intestines
2. Anorectal malformation
3. Hirschsprung disease
A detailed anomaly ultrasound is needed to look for the cause of the dilated bowel in the fetus.
I would suggest you to consult a fetal medicine specialist so that you can get a detailed anomaly ultrasound, amniocentesis if needed and further management should be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
