Should I Be Concerned For Stomach Sickness With Diarrhea And Early Periods After Taking Microgestin?
I have been taking micro gestin as birth control for 4 months. I had trouble adjusting at first, but the last few months seemed better. This month I ve felt sick at my stomach and had diarrhea and then I started my period today with one more week of hormones to go. Should I be concerned?

I understand your concern. Oral contraceptives are known to cause adverse effects. The stomach sickness and diarrhea may be due to OC's or may have other causes like infection [ more likely and common].
However Gastric infections and diarrhea may decrease the efficacy of oc pills. So you may have had an early period. Please use a backup contraception and begin a new pack from day 1 of period.
Also try to take the pills after meals at bedtime. The peak levels occur during sleep and cause less nausea.
Watch for the next few periods. If they are regular, do not worry.
If the periods remain irregular, you will need an investigation for other causes like hormonal imbalances, polyps and fibroids.
