Should I Be Concerned For The Dizziness, Pain In Chest And Arm And Light Headedness And ECG, X-ray Shows Normal?
I went to the er Saturday with pain in chest and arm and some lightheadedness. They did an Ecg, blood test and x rays. everything normal. followed up with family doctor on Monday, all vitals normal. he scheduled a stress test next Monday to be safe but said he doesn t feel its cardiac related. Still having some twinges around my heart and dizziness, should I be concerned?
Hi, Chest pain has to be always concerned about and continue undergoing tests as advised by your Doctor. Be happy if everything is normal. Reduce the stress/anxiety level as both are the common reasons to have pains like you describe. Also ask yourself and your Doctor about neck muscles and spine. See if the local pressure on the painful spot in chest increases pain- it can be a local reason like costochondritis and nothing much to worry. I hope my answer helps you.
