Should I Be Concerned For The Increased Heart Beat?

Couple ago month i went to hospital because my hart was beeting to fast and they put the iv on me and some medicine to regulate my hart but ever since i feel different i still feel my hart goes fast for few secound and it goes away i feel my hart goes fast and feel like coughing but i can t and some time my hart hurt for a while but it goes away what is wroung with me i feel so tired too thank you

age of the patient please? get your thyroid function test done for thyrotoxicosis which increase heart rate.
get complete blood count done for anemia or it may detected clinically also
are you taking excessive alcohol,caffeinated drugs and smoking as they may increase heart rate.
fever, stress can increase heart rate
get ecg done for rhythm disturbances
