Hi Doctor - i have a huge concern regarding my right breast. I was standing in the bus as it was full and i was holding onto the yellow bar infront ; next thing i new the driver tramped dead brakes behind a car and everybody that was standing behind me came forward and i knocked my breast against the iron yellow bar - it was painful at the time but it went away, this morning when i woke up it has this slight pain - please can you help me im really scared it might be something serious
