Should I Be Concerned For The Swollen Eye Due To The Stitches Above The Eye?

I got sitches just below my eyebrow and right above my eye. When i got my 3 stitches there was no swelling at all however when i woke up up the next day my eye was a little swollen, but i just woke up now and my eye is swollen shut.. Should i be worried?

Hi,
It seems that due to injury there might be having some hemorrhage and now it gravitated down into eye causing swollen eye leading to your eye shut.
Apply ice pack for 2-3 days.
You might be given some antibiotic to prevent infection, if not go for it.
Ok and take care.
