Should I Be Concerned With The Loose Motion Of The Baby Which Is Green After Starting NAN Stage 1?

Hi, My baby boy is 3 and a half months old. As mother's milk was less, we were giving Dexolac for the first 3 months and 4 weeks before we have started giving NAN stage 1. For the last 3 weeks, he has loose motion and green in colour, while feeding itself. For the last 1 week, motion is reduced to once a day. Still, it is with mucus and green in colour. We have shown to a Pediatrician while went for vaccination. As there is no weight loss and the baby is active, he has suggested that there are no issues.

Please let me know, if anything else should be given like Walamycin etc....

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks and welcome to HCM .
Once you start giving formula milk, there will be change in the consistency , clor as well as some odor .
They will not pass yellow semisolid motions like breastfed babies.
There is nothing to worry.
You may at best give sporolac one sachet daily for 4days.
Hope this answer serves your purpose.
Further queries invited.
