Should I Be Worried About A Neck Pain After Fall?

Hi My 6 year old fell straight on her head in a diving position from the bed. She wanted to vomit but did not and then she fell asleep. When she woke up in the morning she complained of neck pain. Could this be serious and should I take to emergency?
