Should I Be Worried About A Pain For Three Continuous Days In Right Testicle?
Hi Sir, I recently had a severe pain for three continous days in my right testicle and my age is 37 years. When I visited a physician, he has told me to go for urine test , blood test, scrotum ultrasound. Once those reports have come, there were no signs of problem with scrotum tests. But he said that I need to take lots of fluids and says that it is urine infection. Sodium oxalate count in urine test is 8-12. Wanted to know, if there can be any other reason?
Hi. If the tests are negative , the most probable reason for testicular pain is torsion and consult an Urologist for clinical examination , which is the most important thing in diagnosis , more important than the blood , urine tests and so.
